The warranty period for all Ceonic products is 3 years. This period starts from the invoice date of the product. The warranty covers all parts and all of the product within the scope of problems that may arise from the manufacturer.

Problems caused by the end user are not covered by the warranty.

Invoice or photocopy of it replaces the warranty certificate.

If the product fails within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. Repair time is maximum 15 working days. This period starts from the date of notification to any of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer.

In the event that the product malfunctions due to material and workmanship or assembly errors during the warranty period, no labor cost, part cost or any fee under any name will be charged.

In cases where the same fault recurs more than 4 times within 1 year or different faults occur more than 6 times within a year, provided that it is within the warranty period, the failure to benefit from the product becomes permanent, the maximum time required for repair is exceeded, and it is determined that the repair of the fault is not possible with a report prepared by a seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer, the product will be replaced free of charge, provided that there is no harm in replacing the product.

Defects resulting from the use of the product contrary to the items in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

Obligatory to be done by the service stations within the warranty period; In return for the service provided in the periodic maintenance required by the manufacturer or importer, no labor or similar fee is charged from the consumer.

For problems that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, the Ministry of Customs and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance is applied.

The use of the Warranty Certificate has been authorized by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance, in accordance with the Law No. 4077 and the relevant regulation enacted based on this Law.

The responsibility of issuing a Warranty Certificate and giving it to the consumer belongs to the seller, dealer, agency or representative office from which the consumer purchased the product.
